A brief introduction is given to Ashtanga Yoga and practice standing poses in a 3 hours workshop or Half Primary is 4 hours Workshop. For people who want to learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga.

Introducción al método tradicional de Ashtanga yoga. Teoría y práctica. En el taller de 3 horas se practica las posturas de pie y en el de 4 horas Media Serie Primaria.

Intro to yoga

  • Workshop Intro to Yoga in English or Spanish

A brief introduction is given to yoga and 40 min class is practiced. For people who want to learn the basics of yoga and take a basic class in Spanish.

Taller  de introducción al yoga en español. Se da una breve introducción al yoga y se practica una clase nivel básico de 40 min. Está dirigido a personas que quieran conocer los conceptos básicos del yoga así como tomar una clase básica en español.
