I have been trying to practice yoga every day, I have to confess that until now, the avergae of days that I´ve been practice 4-5 times a week my goal is 6. So this month I´ve choose to add some fun and variety to my Ashtanga practice. I found that one of my favorite teachers Kino MacGregor post a monthly yoga challenge on Instagram.
